Their Principle: Bait and switch. I accepted their highest offer (as compared to other quotes) thinking that they will schedule immediate pickup as they promised. They took almost a week a schedule a pick up. In between, I tried to cancel order with them and and they do not cancel it. Asked me to wait 24-48 hours and no one contacted me back. They put highest bid in their national dispatcher system so that no one else can take my order. When I asked to talk with manager they arranged a fake pickup which they cancelled later.
They found truck two times for me and each time they tried to raise my rates. Also, when I asked trucker/driver, he told me that they paying him much less as they compare to what they were telling me. Although, my car is delivered but I do not recommend them because they charge high and their service is same as that of all others in the field. Why you pay high price when you can get this done for less.
