We had a special vehicle to ship in an enclosed trailer. Our rep Justine was excellent. Super responsive and knowledgeable. The shipper had some mechanical issues and then communication challenges but Justine was a great "go-too". Prompt on paper work exchanges and available by phone or text readily. I would work with Justine again. Would have had five stars if the execution by the carrier was different.
