All in all this company did a great job. My Agent, Paul Hamilton, communicated very well and did his best to get this car to its destination. June, transportation liaison also did a nice job. Truck driver was on time and courteous. The only reason for the 4, rather than 5 stars, was due to the very large price increase ($375) from the original quote. Apparently this was due to the bad storms and weather in early January 2023 when there were lots of delays and cancellations. Hopefully this increase is not a typical practice, but due to unusual circumstances. I would use the company again as a lot things went well and staff's communication was good..
