After dealing with lack luster service for 10 days from an other shipper, I switched to Mercury auto transport and 20 minutes later had a confirmed shipper picking up my vehicle 2days later. Trevor Thomas was everything you need when entering a world you know nothing about, with his clear, concise explanation of how it works and superior customer service. I fully recommend their service.
