Beware of Roman Franco. Roman was upset that I didn’t accept his bid and blocked him because he wouldn’t stop calling. In retaliation, Roman placed my order on the national dispatch board as if I had booked with his company. Now drivers are canceling because they think I double booked and the car won’t be available when they arrive to pick it up. I tried several avenues to get this corrected directly with him, to no avail. I contacted the customer service department, they claimed that they get it corrected but haven’t. Now when I try to call customer service, they will not answer my calls. At no point was I rude or cursing, so there was no reason to treat me this way.

Thank you for reaching out to me and informing me of the current situation and bringing these issues to my attention so that they can be addressed immediately. I want to first apologize again for the completely unprofessional way in which Roman has spoken with you and handled your transport. It is not acceptable and definitely something we do not condone or approve of here at Mercury. I will be speaking with Roman today in regards to his actions and be retraining him on how to properly communicate with our customers, and about whether or not Roman will continue to have a future here at Mercury.
