First, I would like to state that I am 77 years old and have been around the block a few times. It has been a very long time since I have felt a service provider of any kind has had my best interest at heart. That changed with Jake Horner Senior Logistics Agent Mercury Auto Transport. I had already spoken with several transport agents about transporting my truck. Jake took the time to explain the entire process. He kept me updated on all the progression. He even called me to make sure I was doing ok through the process. The world would be a lot better place with more like Jake Horner. Thank you for making a tough time better.
