This was the first time I transported a vehicle and was very apprehensive about the whole process, especially shipping a brand new Tesla across the country. When I first started to get quotes, I was bombarded with people calling and emailing me. Some were very persistent and annoying. I decided to go with Mercury specifically because of Joe Kelly. He explained the process to me and did not make me feel pressured in the slightest. Once I signed off with them, he quickly got me a carrier and the car was picked up and delivered on time and as scheduled. Joe was very communicative snd responded to every single question I had very patiently. I would definitely use Mercury again in the future.
