Price Increase after quote and Greasy Hands Driver!

The broker, Carol, did a decent job in getting me a fair quote. However, the price went up $75 when the carrier was booked. Not a deal breaker, but they hooked me with a lower price than their competitors and then raised the price up to what the other broker quotes were. There were delivery timing issues with the driver. He called and asked if I was available Sunday for delivery to which I said I was. At 9pm, I had to call him to find out where he was! He was over 1 hour away! He had to cancel the Sunday delivery due to the time of day, and I wasted a Sunday waiting. But the reason for the two star review is the delivered condition of the car! The entire drivers door interior, steering wheel, center B pillar, and console were COVERED in black greasy finger prints! It took me over an hour to clean them off and the upholstery on the B pillar is permanently stained. I realize offloading cars is a dirty business, try GLOVES before you get in your customers car!!
