Excellent service and communications from initial contact through delivery. Rachel Nelson was our agent. She was in daily contact with us, keeping us updated on progress. She also made calls with the carrier when we needed additional information. She is a very nice and caring person who calmed our fears and encouraged us when needed.Very professional organization, with very helpful information on their website. They vetted found and vetted a quality carrier.
