During an online search for transporting my Jeep from Chicago to San Diego in the middle of winter and the pandemic,I was quite concerned about delays. Fortunately, I met Jason Ladd with Mercury Auto Transport, and he made me the best offer of 5-6 that I received, and followed the process from the beginning till the end,while June,, the customer service rep, kept following up with me along the trip. Whereas I ended up paying $100 more, the car was shipped one day ahead of schedule and was delivered on time in San Diego by Esteban with a local carrier. Overall I was surprised by the quality,customer-oriented process all along and strongly recommend working with Jason for his professionalism and quick response. Thank you to all involved, you made this process pleasurable!
