I am a registered nurse who has decided to travel. This is my first assignment so after doing research I decided to have my vehicle shipped because it seemed convenient and to alleviate wear and tear. I was contacted by several companies but decided to go with Trent Bentley because of his supposed initial enthusiasm and email responsiveness, including presenting information of the pros and cons of shipping and what to look out for so that you weren't ripped off or deceived. Today is 01/22/2021 and it is 1:42 AM Eastern Time. I first inquired on 12/21/2020 and as stated, I began to get immediate responses. So, I decided to speak to him personally, as I am a very good discerner of spirits. He seemed unsure of his ability and nonchalant. I clearly addressed this and he immediately stated that it was not the case so I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. (Always follow when the Spirit is warning you. Everyday he sent solicitations via email with a lapse from 12/24/2020-12/28/2020 and 12/29/2020-01/02/2021.) This was on 01/04/2021. Everyday I received email and text updates, and responded promptly to ensure him that I would be ready when a carrier was found for my vehicle. I have purchased plain tickets and am scheduled to leave today. So at 7:55PM yesterday I decided to send an SOS inquiring if there was anything else he could do on his end because of the lack of finding a carrier even though I was told that a couple of carriers contacted him. NO RESPONSE!!! I honestly don't know if this is because I am an African American, but in this highly charged climate I don't leave anything to speculate. I am wondering if he even put me on the board. This is seemingly immoral and unethical and very callous and I will not use this company again. I assume there will be some excuse given but considering the fact that this seems to be a service that many individuals and businesses use there cannot possibly be an excuse or alternative to offset this situation as I have read similar in other reviews. I will say that you reap what you sow and that by God's grace I have a plan B. No matter how I feel about any particular person or idea, as a professional, I always attempt to do my absolute best in all things with godliness, effectively, and efficiently. And if it is beyond me, I will do what I can to get you the best outcome. This man deliberately wasted my time during this Covid era where the services of essential workers are critical. Yes, I digress and again, always trust the Spirit.

Hi Valencia, I'm sorry to hear that your agent was not responsive and was not being able to secure a carrier for you in time. It tends to get busy for the new year, but that is no excuse for overlooking customers' messages. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
