Jason Ladd at Mercury Transport was outstanding. He was the first and most transparent shipper to respond, and stayed with me as I changed vehicle and location pickup multiple times until I found the vehicle I wanted. Although my bid for transporting from Pennsylvania to California stayed open for what felt like a long time, he communicated every day and helped reassure me it would ship - and so it did, very close to the estimated cost. 10/10 would recommend working with Mercury and Jason again.
