Connected to Mercury via on line brokerage site as customary, they (Kandy) responded first. As such, based upon their quotation, I committed to their services/price. After 3 days they did not provide any confirmation, only a late shipping option at nearly 50% higher costs with a forecast delivery several days late. The communication then stopped from Mercury, only after they sent me a text seeking to justify why this didn't work ( I have shipped 15+ autos previously without any issues). Very unprofessional - avoid use of their services - there are several other reliable transport vendors.
