I contacted Mercury after the first carrier I chose ,at random, failed to find a carrier for my within the 5 day window agreed upon, and left us hanging high and dry without any transport. I contacted Mercury with my urgent request for transport to see if they could help, or I would have to leave my vehicle behind for the season. They scrambled and found me a driver within a day or two- the pick up was on time-also delivery was the same day they originally qouted.
I am very appreciative of how Mercury responded to my last minute request and made it happen within the time frame I had to work within.
Jim was very pleasant to work with and kept me informed of all the details along the way.
