I don't get all the good reviews. Called in the beginning of December. Car was picked up days later than anticipated. Car was late to destination by 7 days. Company jacked up the price by $200 from what was quoted. No contracts provided. We needed to wait around all day for pickup and drop off; driver's specified times were way off. Mercury is a broker who contracts with a driver; both the brokerage and driver services were substandard all the way around. The only good news is that we received our car with no damage; not a great experience for $900. Won't be using them again!!
