Within a couple of months I shipped two cars with Mercury. The first car shipment went perfectly. The second shipment had some issues with the quote price (upon delivery the carrier did not know that the fee for Mercury already was subtracted, so we had some misunderstanding). However, the difficulties were handled fine, all was clarified within 30 min, so the second car shipment also went off well. I would use Mercury again.
