It was a good customer experience. I dealt with Josh at the office and he was extremely helpful and responsive. He answered my email in time and called me back with updates. I would definitely reccomend this company for anyone. Also it cost me about $1000 in total which was a good price for a move from Georgia to Washington.
The company that the driver belonged too was also very helpful and the driver was polite and aware.
