Jim Gozde did a wonderful job as a go between for the huller and us. It was a last minute decision to hull the car and Jim was very deligent in making it happen. We had a problem with the car getting onto the first transporter because it died on us so we had to find a transporter with a wench. Jim went right to work as soon as we called him and explained what happened. With in a day he had another huller lined up. The transporter was very nice and kept in touch with us through the whole trip going back. We were going to meet him at the drop off location but got held back a day due to a blizzard. The transporter though didn't and let us make other arrangements for payment after dropping the car off. I had priced around and checked the Better Business Bureau on all the transport companies and settled on Mercury Auto Transport and am extremely happy that I did. The customer service was excellent and Jim Gozde showed he cared about what I needed and worked very hard to make it happen. He was always in contact with me about everything he was doing and explained very well why and what he was doing. He was always looking out for my best interest.
