My experience with transporting my vehicle was very good. My customer service rep-Maria on the from Florida went above and beyond her duties to help me with my situation. There was alot of last minute changes with my reservation a few times and Maria showed outstanding patience and professional knowledge on how she could help me and my situation. i would highly recommend this company to do business with. i would also recommend this company for any service member looking to save money on transporting there vehicle across country. I would definitely use Mercury Auto Transport again in the future. I think you get the best service for the best price.
