I'm 68 years old and had only shipped a vehicle once before, and was very reluctant to ship my truck to my son in New York, but NY Covid quarantine requirements left us little choice. Jim Godze of Mercury was amazing. He was in constant communication throughout the whole process, recognized my situation, followed through on every detail and selected an equally professional business - Belmonte (Emily and Richard) to handle the trip. If I ever encounter Jim, Emily, or Richard in person I will insist on buying them dinner. These days its easy to find fault, but everybody conducted their business dealings like Mercury and Belmonte, the world would be a much better place.
