I can't say enough about the Superior service received from the Mercury Auto Transport and especially Senior Logistics Agent Spencer Thomas! Having never shipped a car across country before, I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews of numerous companies before choosing the one that I felt was the most honest, reliable, knowledgeable in the industry who would provide outstanding customer service and be willing to go the extra mile if needed to get the job done. Mercury Auto Transport provided the most information, not only about their company, but honest and accurate information about the shipping industry all together. They made sure all my questions were answered so there were no surprises or unexpected charges associated with the entire process of shipping my Mustang from Ohio to California. I am especially pleased with the daily communication and special attention provided by Spencer Thomas in seeing that my car was picked up and delivered directly to my son who is stationed at the Marine Base in Twenty-nine Palms, California. Believe me, this was no easy task considering the location of the delivery and the limited timeframe that he had to work with. Thank you Mercury Auto Transport and Spencer for helping complete the task of shipping my car to my son as promised, without hassles, delays or additional costs than were anticipated.
