I took the time to read multiple reviews on the best way to choose "the best transportation service for me". I spoke with at least 4-6 companies who all sounded like a broken record instead of just getting to the point. As I appreciated other transporters "look out for" suggestions they all just became a pain in the a**! I spoke with Ryan Fowler with Mercury Auto Transport via email and text and never had a glitch. He was prompt with a response for my quote, the price was right, and I had my vehicle the next week. Ryan told me pick up would be Friday and my Lexus RX would be to me Tuesday the latest. I was also put into direct communication with the driver's information. I called my driver Thursday night and he called me Friday to let me know all was good to go. He even dropped my vehicle not far from my front door Sunday evening. Needless to say I was blown away and truly could not say thank you enough for the efficient professionalism all the way around. 5 STARS IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH! many thanks again, Paige
