DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Jim Gozde, the broker I worked with, is a complete CON ARTIST. He gave me a 3 day window for delivery and I cleared my schedule as much as I could to accommodate him. I sent him a message letting him know that I would be unavailable to meet the carrier for delivery handoff for a 3 hour period on a Monday because of work. He assured me this was fine and that it was very unlikely the car would arrive on Monday. Come Monday morning I get a call from an incredibly rude woman from MC Trans (Los Angeles based) named Jane saying my car would be delivered exactly at the time I was unavailable. When I told her I had previously told Jim I would not be available at the time, she began screaming at me and threatening me with a $300 add on to put my car into storage. I conferenced Jim into the call and he completely denied that I had previously told him about the time, even though I had it in writing. He mansplained to me in front of this rude carrier that he was not uber and could not deliver whenever I wanted. I resent him the message where I clearly said I was not available at the time. He reiterated that I would be charged an additional $300 if I did not make myself available to get the car. Basically, he had arranged a deal with Jane at MC Trans to charge me an additional fee and split the profit. Jim refused to pick up my calls after hanging up and did not reply to my messaged. I called his boss Alana and she assured me that it was completely illegal for MC Trans to charge me $300 for storage and that Jim was out of line but I never heard back from her either. I did eventually get my car but I have never dealt with a con artist like this before. BE WARNED!!!

Hi Sanaz, we are sorry we did not meet your expectations. Your carriers try their best to deliver at a time and location that is most convenient for our customers, however sometimes the location isn't always able to accomodate the carriers vehicle and because of that sometimes the location fo drop off and the time frame can change. I do apologize for any miscommunication on that expectation and we will address this with Jim. I apologize if there was any confusion about placing a vehicle into a storage facility being illegal. It is not and we would never say that however I apologize if that is how it sounded when we first spoke. We understand that when you're shipping a vehicle sometimes you can find yourself with time constraints and while this is not an issue most of the time, when it is, it can be very stressful. We are glad you were able to finally receive your vehicle. If you would like any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
