This was my first experience having a vehicle shipped across the country. I called and was greeted by Jim Gozde a professional with valuable advise about what the process entails and advised about getting too low of an estimate that would end up in delays or other problems in getting my vehicle moved as soon as possible. After getting a very fair estimate to pickup my vehicle in Oklahoma and deliver to Columbus Ohio, I agreed to let Mercury Transport provide me with their services. I was kept in constant contact by text with Jim about arranging a pickup of my vehicle at the dealership. After my vehicle was released from the dealership the pickup was scheduled that same afternoon. I was given the driver contact information if for any reason that might come up. Was contacted by the driver the next evening and advised they would be making my delivery in the morning before 11:00 AM. All during that time I was in contact with Jim Godze about the movement of my vehicle and timing of delivery. We meet the driver at a parking lot area close to the freeway and our house for the vehicle to be dropped off.. We did an inspection of the vehicle to make sure everything was in order, their were no issues everything went perfectly. Thank You for a great experience.
