I needed to ship a car that belonged to my father from Tampa to California. I did a lot of research and the more I read the more concerned I was due to all I read, so much to the point I was ready to drive it myself. I then received communication from Eric La Gra of Mercury Auto Transport. He took time to explain to me the process, and what to expect. Eric knew my schedule and that I was in town on business and the window to pick up was very narrow in Florida. Eric followed up, arranged with MH Transport and I could not have asked for a better transaction. Eric was professional in his service,, communicated well and followed through. MH Transport had clean equipment, professional, uniformed drivers and Merlin with MH kept me informed of what was going on. I experienced fair and reasonable pricing, no surprises on delivery, and a professional experience all around. A co-worker has a car to transport from Florida to California.
