Mr. Trevor Thomas broker was thorough in explaining process of shipping our cars. He kept us informed via email and text message two weeks prior the day of shipment. With increasing importance to pay attention and contact him and carrier dispatcher. The dispatcher and driver of Omega Hauling were were very friendly and kept in touch with us location and ETA. Myra was very helpful. They unloaded cars at different location on our request. Over all it was pleasant event free experience
