This is my first time ever shipping my vehicle (from San Diego to Colorado) -- and for those of you who have never transported your vehicle and unsure how this type of business is ran, you can imagine how apprehensive I felt about the entire process. After doing extensive research on the different brokers and how these brokers go about their business I chose Mercury Auto Transport. If you or anyone you know need to ship your vehicle go with this broker!!! Jim Gozde was the person who worked with me from day 1 until the very end. He does his best to give you a quote that's reasonable. He doesn't quote you too low, which hinders drivers from picking up your car -- but also doesn't give you a ridiculous number. Jim was communicative and easy to get a hold of. He even went so far as to answer my phone call and text on his day off. That kind of service isn't always guaranteed and one I appreciated. I highly recommend going with his company for your transport needs and would use their service again.
