This is the second time in 2 years that I've shipped my vehicle with the assistance of Jim Gozde and couldn't be more pleased with the customer support/service. Much of my communication was via email due to an assignment in Afghanistan, and I requested several changes to dates and delivery location, and Jim handled it professionally. I would not hesitate to work with Jim and Mercury Auto Transport again, and highly recommend contacting Jim if you need to move a vehicle.
