Jim Gozde came off a little rude at first in my opinion. Then I realized he was just being about his business. He was very flexible with our schedule and always had a back up plan, One of his drivers was awful! When I reported that to him Jim called for a back up driver who was picking up my car within 30 minutes and it was delivered the very next day. That was awesome customer service!
