Mercury Transport was great in their customer service. Jim Gozde was good very professional. I was not charged until the driver contacted me and was en route, The 4 stars could easily be 5 stars its just that it was some confusion a little bit pf misunderstanding on the transport but. Jim got right back on finding another driver immediately. The company driver was very good, and professional our car arrived in plenty of time and no damages. definitely recommend especially Jim Gozde.
