Got hesitant at first using them to transport my car from Florida to California because it was my first time and of mixed reviews but did it anyway. My hesitation faded when I talked to them because they explained in detail of what to expect during the transportation issue. I was made aware of the progress of my car and you could actually call them and they will let you know about where is your car at the moment and what time they will be arriving. The driver is very good enough in calling you hours before they come so you can prepare to meet them. Jim Gozde has been very helpful with an explanation on how the process works including unforeseen events such as possible delays may occur due to traffic, weather and most commonly time conflicts with other loads. Fortunately, there was no delay on my transaction, my car was delivered according to the time frame that they gave me. However, if there is a delay with the shipment I would understand as I was already briefed on what to expect coming from Jim. The guy is very helpful and updating and doing follow up during my transaction. I am ver happy and very pleased with their customer service. Because of this, guess what i got them again when i have my car shipped from California back to Florida without damage. I would recommend them for sure. Again , thank you so much Mercury.
