After I specifically requested the company to withdraw the deposit out earlier than their company policy as I was moving out of state and wanted to close out my checking acct before leaving! MY CAR DIED 3 DAYS LATER!!!

I at first was concerned RE: a refund of my Deposit........I was actually very pleasantly surprised, they were very understanding and gracious...at that point as was I. When your moving as you all know every cent counts, and Mercury eased my mind.

When I first contacted them just last week, EVERYONE I have spoken with has went above and beyond, within minutes of my first contact they had me set up with transport details, literally minutes, and IF EVER I need this service again I will call MERCURY! Great Service and customer relations!!
