Initially I was contacted by another agent. By the time I was ready to ship my car the other agent was not really responsive he said he would look into it and 3 days later I did not hear from him, I contacted him to see if he was still interested in shipping my car and gave him 2 extra days but did not hear back. I have a colleague that recommended me to contact Jim since he used Jim before to ship his car. Jim kept up with great communication and kept me up dated. He found me a carrier at a reasonable price. If every agent worked like him I will give a 5 star.
