2011 BMW 335d M Sport From Hawaii

I purchased a 2011 BMW 335d M Sport with 17,870 original miles from a dealer in Honolulu, Hawaii, and needed to transport this vehicle to Detroit, Michigan. I contracted with Matson for ocean shipping from the Port of Honolulu to the Port of Long Beach, and then contracted with Mecury for open transport from Long Beach to Southfield (a suburb of Detroit). From my very first telephone call with Charlie Steeves at Mercury, he put me completely at ease. He explained the process in detail, including how pricing works and the delivery schedule, and even offered to handle all further logistics with Matson since he had done this many times before. After I accepted his proposal, he contacted me with a half-hour with a carrier, and I contracted his services. From that moment on, all logistics were handled by either Charlie or Ari (the carrier representative), and the entire move went seamlessly from the moment Matson notified me of the vehicles arrival, to the time the driver called to inform me of the delivery. The car arrived on time and damage-free, so I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Mercury to anyone shipping a vehicle, and especially if it involves multi-modal services from Hawaii. Thank you Charlie, you have an extremely satisfied customer, and am very glad that I resisted the temptation to go with a cut-rate broker that demands money upfront and then up-charge as they under-deliver.
