Never Kept the promise and charged me cancellation which was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement

This is the worst auto transport company to deal with.
Jim was my representative and he never kept his words and kept me waiting till the last day although we had all the required procedures done.
Montway auto transport is far more better than these guys in all aspects. Montway was able to find me a carrier in a one day notice.

Also Mercury Auto transport charged me $19.82 for nothing.It was mentioned in there initial email that there is no cancellation charges unless they find me a carrier.Since they dint find any carrier still they charged me and upon calling Jim he was rude.

Beware of such a fake company.
