Mercury was very helpful to a first time user in explaining how the transport business works etc. When I went to actually book a transport though I got no response from the first contact agent and ended up getting to Jeff Solomon who was very responsive and helpful.
Intransit was good and I appreciated being able to reach a real person .. The communication windows though were either not realistic or just not followed though. I called several times on the pick up end when we had heard nothing at all after 10 hours on the pick up day and then we were given a 2 hour window which ended up being 3+..maybe this is standard but it was annoying to be told we would be given a 2-5 hour window within the 7- 7 p.m. day and get nothing. On the delivery end I called several times to check on progress. On delivery day the driver ended up waiting over an hour for us though as we were not called to let us know the driver had arrived. I called back when we hadn't heard as expected. All ok as car got here fine and maybe this is normal procedures in a business with so many moving pieces
I would recommend Mercury to others....
