Recently needed a vehicle shipped from Utah to Texas. Received an initial quote from Sam Golden at Mercury. I followed up and he was extremely unprofessional over the phone. Followed up with various other shipping brokers and decided to give Mercury one last chance based on reviews on here. I reached out to Jim Gozde on a Monday and had the transport company lined up in short order at a competitive cost. The company was willing to pick the vehicle up same day but instead agreed to wait until the next morning. They showed up early at the seller's on a Tuesday morning and got everything loaded up with a scheduled delivery date of Friday. I received a call at 7 am on that Wednesday (24 hours after pickup) saying they were 4 hours out. Delivery was made, driver was very professional, overall I am very satisfied with the process. If not for contacting Jim I would have skipped Mercury and went with another broker. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs anything shipped. The only reason this review is 4 stars for Mercury is because of my interaction with Sam.
