John Craven is the best. He listened to our specific concerns because of issues with no hand brake and limitations set by calif-to- hawaii shipping. He followed thru and up on every matter of concern. Had excellent communication. He found drivers who did their best to consider the parameters set by the person who stored the truck. Although the multiple details involved in this transaction were complex (as supported by all the other agencies I had talked to) John Craven was cool, calm, re-assuring, professional, supportive and extremely pleasant. He even laughed and put us at ease when we were nervous nellies. He coordinated the cross country portion with the overseas portion. And his pricing was very good. There were others whose pricing was way higher and some about the same but none gave us the peace and confidence as John Craven did. We will sing his praises as he did awesome in arranging the transport of our classic, cherry, pristine 1955 dodge truck. I recommend this company and specifically, JOHN CRAVEN without reservation.
