Jim was Honest, forthcoming, knowledgeable and was available to talk or text with me over the phone at any time. I contacted Jim on a Tuesday and my truck arrived in California and delivered to my daughter on Friday. That's 3 days! The move was professionally coordinated by phone between Jim, the driver and myself without any issue. I will recommend Jim Gozde and Mercury Auto Transport to anyone.
