Jim Gozde at Mercury Auto Transport provided me with excellent service. Spoke to him several times and he always answered my questions promptly and returned all calls immediately. He explained exactly how the whole process works. I made my initial contact with Jim on Tuesday and the car was picked up two days later in Tennessee. 13 days later the car was delivered to my house in California. The car was very clean and in perfect condition. I would definitely use Mercury Auto Transport Again. The car was delivered 4 days later than promised but the carrier kept me informed and the Thanksgiving holiday was during the delivery. This was not an issue for me as I was kept informed of the delay.
