I had never shipped a vehicle and I had no idea which auto transporter to choose. It's hard to decide who to select because shipping a car isn't something you do on a regular basis, and you're trusting total strangers with your vehicle. I received several quotes and decided to go with Mercury because they have decent online reviews and they offered me the best price. Chase was my agent. He always promptly answered / returned my calls so I was never left wondering about the status of my shipment. He was knowledgeable and never misled me about anything. My car arrived on-time and without any damage. It was a good experience, and I will definitely use Mercury again if I ever need to transport another car.
