Beware the worst!! Poor Customer Service. Had to contact the Police

Beware, stay far away from this company. If I could give no stars I would. I dealt with a representative by the name of Chase Durousseau Mercury Auto Transport Office: 954-239-1780x17 and he continued to give me false information and lie . He assured me a delivery date between 10-13 days and I still have not received my car nor does he know where my car is. When I asked where my car was his response was I do not know. He continues to tell me he will find out but I have not received a phone call back. This is the worst customer service I have ever received or heard of anyone getting. I have used another company when moving to another state and it was excellent so I know quality which Mercury Auto Transport does not demonstrate. The driver name is Nichole so if you hear that name no mater what company you go with Beware!! These divers do drive for other companies thats why I say beware if you hear her name. Chase was aware of my father doing a surgery and still there was no delivery of my vehicle I even asked it the car could be delivered in another state to be there for my dad surgery and they said no. However, they never kept their end of the agreement which I paid partial on the deliver and due to pay the remainer once receiving my car which I have not received. The driver " Nicole " will not and did not pick up the phone once when I called her she kept texting will call you later and never does. Again, this is not the company you want to deal with if you dont want your deal with stress and lies. I had to go to the police yesterday because it is possible my vehicle has been stolen. Its been over 16 days and no one knows where my car is :-(

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Carriers have planned routes and can not deliver a vehicle to a separate state from what was agreed upon. As you know both Mercury and Ilinni Transport have been in communication with you.Your vehicle had a estimated pick-up date of 10/5-10/6. Car was picked up on 10/6 with an estimated delivery of 10-14 days . The vehicle is in transit and on the way to you to be delivered .We are sorry we did not meet or beat your expectations, but carriers can only move as fast as traffic ,weather, loading and unloading permits.
