Jc at Mercury auto customer service was exceptional' Talk about going out the way to accommodate a customer, he did just that. When my car was delivered, I didn't notice my hub cap was missing until I got home. It was night time & I signed off saying my was imported like I sent it. I got home & noticed my Hun cap was missing. I called the delivered & they wouldn't accommodate me. I told JC & he cut me a check out his own pocket to replace my cap. He's an asset to the company & I couldn't of picked a better agent. 😊😊😊
