Absolute 5 star service! My first experience shipping a vehicle and after reading all the horror stories about the industry was considering just driving the vehicle the 1,300 miles. Received lots of estimates and after agreeing to contract with one company, they decided on the day of the pick-up the vehicle I accurately described by model was "too big" and would require and additional $150 over the quote. Declined and looked through the other estimates and called JC at Mercury expecting the same. He worked hard for my business and in the end arranged a next day pick-up, prompt delivery as promised and because the delivery was to a repair shop on a Sunday, waited until Monday to collect final payment by credit card for the exact price we agreed on in the contract. Ask for JC if you use this company - he's a real pro!
