Incompetent and dishonest dispatcher AJ!!!!

This company sucks! Beginning with the quote which took them days to follow up on with me so I ended up calling them to ensure my quote request was received. I get this incompetent buffoon named AJ as the agent working with me whose name should be JA for JackA**. He was ok to work with in the beginning seeing how it took them nearly a month to find a carrier. My car was inoperable and was stated as such in the quote request so I understood that may have taken a little time to find a carrier with a wench, I was OK with that. He finds a carrier, charges me and the carrier never picked up my car. I was never called nor was I kept in the communication loop concerning my vehicle pick up status. JA dispatched another carrier unbeknownst to me and called the home owner instead of his customer...me! And the homeowner told them not to forget my engine. I never requested my engine to be shipped, only the car so why wouldn't this idiot call me FIRST to verify instead of taking the word of a non customer. I loathe this company and do not feel they are worthy of being in this business. I tried to ask for Sam because a previous reviewer said he was the best but JA left a bad taste in my regarding how this company does business. Lastly, trying to get a refund is like pulling iron teeth. I was transferred to every dept (including HR) and never got in touch with the AP clerk. I am going to have my credit card company reverse those charges. This was a very horrific first time experience with a transportation company and hopefully I can find a reputable one soon.

Dear Crystal, I'm sorry we weren't able to help you , and for the inconvenience . It was never mentioned the engine was not in the vehicle until the driver showed up to load the car. It is unreasonable to expect a carrier to transport your car with the engine removed , and at no additional charge. The carrier went to the location to load the vehicle at which point he told the contact you provided for pick-up that he couldn't take the car and engine if the engine is not in the car! They told him if he wasn't taking the engine and car like it was they wouldn't release the car. You were rude used profanity , and called me names. No one deserves to be treated that way. We have canceled the order, and refunded you. I wish you the best. Sincerely, Aj
