Jim alerted me that a carrier would be in my area soon. Two days later the carrier picked up my vehicle and delivered the pickup to my daughter in Virginia 5 days later. Good solid communication from start to finish. Jim said what he does and does what he says. The carrier was extremely courteous and exercised the utmost care.
