This was the first time I shipped a vehicle. I did my research online and after looking at numerous transport companies' reviews, I chose Mercury Auto Transport. Chase was very helpful and explained all of the details of how the process worked. He called me the next day and gave me the name and phone number of the transport company/driver. The driver had trailer problems and didn't pickup the vehicle at the agreed time. When doing my research originally, I noticed that a lot of complaints about other companies dealt with this issue-late picking up the vehicle and then requiring more money to transport the vehicle. I said to myself, "Here we go! Mercury will "jack-up"the price and I'll have to pay more money to ship the vehicle." Boy, was I surprised. I called Chase, explained the situation and he apologized and told me he would call back shortly to give me updated information. He called right back and gave me the phone number of the new shipper. I asked if it would be the same price and his answer, "It would be unethical to do that and Mercury doesn't operate that way." Well, the new trucking company picked up my vehicle about two days later than when the other company was to have picked it up, but they delivered it on the original promised date with NO damage. I would highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport for transporting your vehicle. Chase went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got my car delivered on time. If you are skeptical like I was about transporting your vehicle, rest assure that Mercury Auto Transport will do an excellent job.
