Guy was very knowledgeable and professional and has explained all the process of pick- up and delivery. The initial quote was lower but due to the increase of the gaz cost, Guy called ahead to let me know that the price of shipping had to go up a bit. Upon our agreement, I received all the info by email and paid the deposit of $100. A day earlier than estimated Francisco the driver of Pinnacle called to ask if the car was available for pick-up. I said it was, so Francisco came to my door to pick up my SUV. I really don't know how he made it! The street I live is pretty narrow, so I was willing to take my car a few blocks to better suit the loading. Francisco was so good he did all in front of my house. Again Francisco surprised me at delivering the car in perfect conditions in CA 7 days later. And again he accommodated the narrow street and local traffic to unload my car. I was very satisfied with both services- Guy at Mercury and Francisco (and Mark on the phone) at Pinnacle. I surely recommend both services.
