I contracted with Mercury Auto Transport to ship my car from Arizona to Long Island, NY. The carrier, Goldwing Transport Inc, picked up the car a day late. The driver did not call on the scheduled pick-up date to let us know he wouldn't be able to pick-up the car. When the driver didn't arrive on the pick-up day at the time he said he would, we waited for an hour and called him; that's when we were informed he wasn't going to be able to pick the car up until the next day. The car was picked up the next day. The driver did not call, he just showed up at the house. The scheduled drop off in NY was to be on or around 1/28/12. Along the way the driver kept promising delivery of the car on different days. He must have promised delivery on 3 or 4 different days, on those days, the car was not delivered. This driver had all kind of excuses. The car was finally delivered in NY on 2/5/12 and it had scratches to the trunk area. The service and communication was awful!!!!! I would not recommend this company to transport your vehicle.

Hi This Is Clarence With Mercury,and i am very sorry for the late delivery and lack of communication from the carrier we contrated for you . I will Immediately refund our broker fee to your credit card for your inconvenience. It was wonderful working with you and i am very upset that you were treated this way by this carrier. I would also ask you Write a review on this site for them to warn others of your experience. We have never had a issue like this with them in the past ,and will not use them in the future . So sorry for the Headace and Delay . I will call you today to get you resolution from Gold Wing for the sctatches on your vehicle ,and have them pay for a detailing . Thank-you for your business and taking the time to share your experience. From what the driver told me he had delays due to traffic weather loading and unloading but that is no excuse for them not to call you and keep you in the loop. I wish you would have called me so i could act as the conduit between you and the carrier as soon as you had any issue with them. Again our Sincere apologies
