One of the many things I liked about Mercury Transport was their level of communication. Clarence was very clear on how the process worked and constantly stayed in contact with me. I had at first went with another transport company only to have them totally ignore me and not communicate with me at all. Upon speaking to Clarence, I decided to give him a shot. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! My RV was large and inoperable so getting so one with a winch to pull it on a lowboy would be a challenge - or so I thought. Josh (the driver) handled my RV like a pro delivering it from PA to NC within the same day at a reasonable price. Josh was so friendly and helpful. I would defiently use these guys again!!
